目的:本研究的目的是探讨网球教学中传统教学模式和多球教学方式对普通男大学生身体机能指标的影响。方法:以在校一年级男子普通大学生作为研究对象,分别采用网球教学中传统教学模式和多球教学方式进行网球教学,测定指标主要包括无氧耐力、身体成分、骨密度。结论:两种网球教学方式对大学生的机能指标均有不同程度的影响,且多球教学模式影响程度优于传统网球教学模式。
Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of the traditional teaching mode and multi-ball teaching method on the physical performance of ordinary male college students in tennis teaching. Methods: Taking the first-year ordinary male college students as the research object, the traditional teaching mode and the multi-ball teaching method were used respectively in tennis teaching to teach tennis. The measurement indexes mainly include anaerobic endurance, body composition and bone density. Conclusion: Both tennis teaching methods have different effects on the performance of college students, and the impact of multi-ball teaching mode is better than that of traditional tennis teaching mode.
