背景:2016年,公安部在食品药品打假“利剑”行动中,共破获食品犯罪案件1.2万起、药品犯罪案件8500起,公安部挂牌督办的350余起案件全部告破,及时铲除了一批制假售假的黑工厂、黑作坊、黑窝点、黑市场,有效摧毁了一批制假售假的犯罪网络。公安部表示,将进一步加大刑事打击力度,积极会同有关部门推动食品造假行为直接入刑,完善打击食品药品犯罪司法解释,有力发挥刑法的震慑作用。(3月21日《人民日报》)
