我国幅员辽阔,人口红利具有地区差异性,东部地区已从劳动年龄人口的流入收获了较多的人口红利,西部地区的“城归”现象使得部分劳动力回流,有助于改善云贵等西部地区的境况。我们从人口红利的概念及其衡量标准出发,在分析我国人口红利面临困境后对云南人口红利状况进行分析,并提出相应的政策建议。
China has a vast territory and demographic dividends have regional differences. The eastern region has harvested more demographic dividends from the inflow of the working-age population. The phenomenon of “urban migration” in the western region makes some labor returns and helps to improve the western part of Yunnan-Guizhou and other western regions The situation in the area. Based on the concept of demographic dividend and its measurement criteria, we analyze the demographic dividend of Yunnan after analyzing the predicament of demographic dividend in our country and put forward corresponding policy suggestions.
