随着我国市场经济体制的日益完善,企业间的竞争愈加激烈,越来越多的企业认识到建立和加强内部控制制度,以适应外界环境变化的重要性。内部控制作为企业管理的核心部分,在改善企业管理,提高经济效益,增强竞争力方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文首先概述了内部控制的内容,然后分析内部控制构建中存在的问题,在此基础上提出建立和加强内部控制的对策,促进企业健康、持续发展。
With the improvement of the market economy system in our country, the competition among enterprises becomes more and more intense. More and more enterprises recognize the importance of establishing and strengthening the internal control system to adapt to the changes of the external environment. As a core part of enterprise management, internal control plays an increasingly important role in improving enterprise management, improving economic efficiency and enhancing competitiveness. This article first outlines the contents of internal control, and then analyzes the problems in the construction of internal control. Based on this, it puts forward the countermeasures to establish and strengthen internal control so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise.
