新课标提出了“知识与能力、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观”三维目标。它适应了21世纪社会发展对人才培养的要求。但是,历史新课程改革要顺利实施、历史新课程目标要得以实现,在高中历史教学中必须实现四个转变:历史教学理念的转变、历史教学方法的转变、历史教学手段的转变、历史教学评价体系的转变。
The new curriculum proposed a three-dimensional goal of “knowledge and ability, process and method, emotional attitude and values”. It adapted to the 21st century social development of personnel training requirements. However, the reform of the new historical curriculum should be carried out smoothly. The goal of the new historical curriculum should be realized. Four changes must be made in the history teaching of senior high schools. The four changes must be made in the teaching of senior high school history: the change of the historical teaching concept, the change of the teaching methods of history, the change of the teaching methods of history, the evaluation of the history teaching System changes.
