The concept and characteristics of IP multicast technology are introduced, and the advanced routing protocols and implementation technologies of IP multicast are discussed emphatically. Two basic IP multicast routing implementations are given respectively, and examples of how to construct a spanning tree using DVMRP and CBT are given
