近几年,房地产业在中国迅速发展起来,在中国社会经济发展中占据着重要的位置,然而也随之产生了一系列的问题,国家政府也制定出相应的政策,从土地纠纷的解决到宏观上调控房地产市场,使之健康、持续、快速的在中国发展,为我国的经济发展做出贡献。文章国家各部委发布的有关房地产业的相关政策,对现今房地产业出现的一些问题进行综合评述的分析,并提出了一些建设性的意见。
In recent years, the rapid development of the real estate industry in China occupies an important position in China’s social and economic development. However, a series of problems have also arisen. National governments have also formulated corresponding policies ranging from settlement of land disputes to Macro-control of the real estate market, so that healthy, sustained and rapid development in China, China’s economic development to contribute. This article analyzes the relevant policies on real estate issued by various ministries and commissions in our country and analyzes some problems that appear in the real estate industry today and puts forward some constructive suggestions.
