动载轴承中非定常流动的雷诺方程是各种类型往复机械中轴承设计和润滑理论的基石。对此进行严格、周密、合乎逻辑的证明,并建立起正确的概念和观点,对进行这方面的研究工作是非常重要的。但是,不少动载轴承和润滑理论著作中,对上述基本方程的证明是值得商榷的。作者对此做出了严格的证明,并指出其关键在于:尽管轴心的运动不属于小扰动,而属于大位移的范畴,但是轴心速度相对轴颈、轴承表面转动线速度而言仍是小量。
