近年来,随着教育改革的不断深入,教师的课后反思能力已成为教师提高教育和教学的重要因素,是教师能否成长,提高教育教学研究能力的重要手段。在平时的教学中为什么同一教材在同一年级的不同班级授课,往往是最后上课的班级教学效果比较理想呢?因为在这几节课的授课过程中教师在不断进行总结,授课中满意的地方得以更好的发挥和不足的地方得以及时的修正。
