随着集团公司规模的不断扩大,维护集团公司资金合理运作,保证集团公司资金链稳固是集团公司必须考虑的问题。本文分析了集团公司资金管理中存在的一些问题,并提出了加强集团公司资金管理的措施。
With the continuous expansion of the size of the group company, safeguarding the reasonable operation of the group company funds and ensuring the stable capital chain of the group company are the problems the group company must consider. This article analyzes some problems existing in the fund management of the group company and puts forward the measures to strengthen the fund management of the group company.
