颅内蛛网膜囊肿（ＩＡＣ）约占颅内占位性病变的１％。本文报告我科从１９９０年５月至１９９６年５月期间收治的１５例颅内蛛网膜囊肿，并讨论如下。１ 临床资料１１ 一般资料 男１０例，女５例；年龄２岁～５０岁，２０岁以下者８例。病程１月～１０年不等。ＩＡＣ发生
Intracranial arachnoid cyst (IAC) accounts for about 1% of intracranial space-occupying lesions. This article reports 15 cases of intracranial arachnoid cysts treated in our department from May 1990 to May 1996 and discusses the following. 1 clinical data 1 1 general information of 10 males and 5 females; aged 2 to 50 years old, 20 years of age in 8 cases. Duration of 1 months to 10 years. IAC happened
