本研究着重对杂交组合的母本即由“3358”一个基本株以系谱法产生的4个稳定姊妹系及其3个姊妹种就穗部性状的遗传成分、遗传力、对组合的贡献率以及组合的配合力方差进行了分析.结果表明,杂交组合穗部性状的(?)均在80%以上,以加性效应为主.尽管姊妹系和姊妹种的遗传成分在组合表型总方差中所占比例较小,但其在穗部各性状之间仍存在较大分歧.姊妹系选育过程中,应注重穗粗和千粒重的选择.
