分析了我国加工贸易的发展概况和制约加工贸易进一步发展的内外因素,并从宏观经济层面分析了加工贸易与对外贸易,加工贸易与全球贸易相互之间的制约机制,指出加工贸易的发展要走出“规模扩大”的盲区,应采取合理措施限制加工贸易“量”的扩张,指出只有实现加工贸易“质”的突破,才能有效发挥加工贸易对国民经济的良好促进作用。最后从五个角度回答了今后加工贸易应如何发展的问题。
