目的研究铜绿在翁沥通胶囊镇痛、抗炎及治疗前列腺增生功效中的作用。方法采用醋酸扭体模型比较不含铜绿的翁沥通胶囊(A药)和含铜绿的翁沥通胶囊(B药)的镇痛作用;采用小鼠二甲苯炎症模型比较A药和B药的抗炎作用;采用小鼠sc丙酸睾酮诱导前列腺增生模型,比较A药和B药的抗前列腺增生作用。结果 连续ig 7 d翁沥通A药和B药0.6、1.2、2.4、4.8 g/kg(按生药量计算),小鼠15 min内的扭体次数均显著少于对照组(P<0.05、0.01)。翁沥通B药1.2、2.4、4.8 g/kg及翁沥通A药2.4 g/kg连续ig 7 d,明显减轻小鼠耳片肿胀度(P<0.05、0.01);翁沥通A药的其他4个剂量组的小鼠耳片肿胀度与对照组相比均无明显差异。翁沥通B药0.3、1.2 g/kg连续ig 14 d,明显减轻前列腺增生模型小鼠的前列腺湿质量及湿质量系数、前列腺干质量及干质量系数(P<0.05、0.01);翁沥通A药仅有1.2 g/kg明显减轻模型小鼠的前列腺湿质量、湿质量系数及前列腺干质量(P<0.05、0.01),对前列腺干质量系数无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论铜绿在翁沥通胶囊的组方中,对于该方剂的抗炎和抗前列腺增生功效发挥重要作用。
Objective To study the role of patulin in Weng Lizong capsule analgesia, anti-inflammatory and the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Weng Leetong B 0.3, 1.2 g / kg ig 14 d, significantly reduce the prostatic hyperplasia prostate wet weight and wet weight coefficient, prostate dry weight and dry weight coefficient (P <0.05,0.01); Weng Lek Tong Only 1.2 g / kg of drug A significantly reduced the prostatic wet weight, wet weight coefficient and prostate dry weight (P <0.05, 0.01), but had no significant effect on prostate dry weight coefficient (P> 0.05). Conclusions Patulin plays an important role in the anti-inflammatory and anti-benign prostatic hyperplasia effects of Wenglidong capsule.
