在六五计划期间,上海机械工业承担着为全国各地提供大量新型技术装备的艰巨任务,我们设计工作正处于第一道关口。建国以来,设计工作几起几落,至今我们的工作方法与先进国家的差距还很大。为了适应当前经济工作的调整,设计工作也要提高质量、加快速度。我们应该学习和推广国内外各种新的设计方法,例如优化设计、灵活性设计、规律设计、计算机辅助设计及采用三化设计等。这些新的设计方法,适用的场合较多,收效甚广,不但可以大大缩短设计周期,而且能提高设计质量。
During the Sixth Five-Year Plan period, Shanghai Machinery Industry undertook the arduous task of supplying a large number of new-type technical equipment to all parts of the country. Our design work is at the first pass. Since the founding of the People’s Republic, the number of design jobs has soared. To date, the gap between our working methods and advanced countries is still huge. In order to adapt to the current economic restructuring, the design work must also improve the quality and speed up. We should learn and promote various new design methods at home and abroad, such as optimization design, flexibility design, regular design, computer-aided design and adoption of three designs. These new design methods, for many occasions, widely used, not only can greatly shortening the design cycle, but also improve the quality of the design.
