在一种大型产品结构中有各种形式和结构均不同的梁,梁与梁之间依靠法兰板进行连接和装配,而法兰板是焊接在梁上的,根据有关要求,法兰板与梁上各板的焊缝要求为T型全熔透结构形式,必须进行超声或射线检测,达到GB11345Ⅰ级为合格。但在实际的焊接过程中,由于受焊接位置和钢板厚度等各种因素的影响,焊接后的T型接头焊缝出现了各种焊接缺陷,很难达到GB11345Ⅰ级焊缝,经过多次改进焊缝坡口形式和焊接参数,最终全部T型接头焊缝达到了GB11345Ⅰ级焊缝,满足了设计要求和生产进度。
