民事行政检察工作是检察工作的重要组成部分,申诉保证金制度的确立将使民行检察工作回归理性有序的轨道。该制度的确立不但有坚实的法理基础,而且有法律依据。该制度的确立对民行检察工作有重大的现实意义。本文在此简要构建了该制度的大致框架。
The procuratorial work of the civil administration is an important part of procuratorial work.
