(一)毛泽东的人权思想包括新民主主义革命时期和社会主义革命时期的人权思想。本文仅就新民主主义革命时期加以考察。新民主主义革命是毛泽东革命生涯的第一个伟大时期,其人权思想不断萌生、丰富和发展,其人权思想的理论特质也日益突出。这种人权思想及其特质为日后毛泽东人权思想的进一步演进奠定了基础,规定了方向(二)从毛泽东的革命生涯看,他的人权思想萌发于对中国的社会危机的意识和对强权的反抗。1915年毛泽东在《明耻篇》一书的封面上题词:“五月七日,民国奇耻、何以报
(1) Mao Zedong's human rights thought includes the human rights thought during the new-democratic revolution and the socialist revolution. This article only examines the period of the new democratic revolution. The new-democratic revolution is the first great period of Mao Tse-tung's revolutionary career. His human rights thinking has constantly been initiated, enriched and developed, and the theoretical characteristics of his human rights thinking have become increasingly prominent. This idea of human rights and its traits laid the foundation for the further evolution of Mao Zedong's human rights thought in the future and set the direction. (2) Judging from the revolutionary career of Mao Zedong, his ideas on human rights emerged from their awareness of the social crisis in China and their resistance to power . In 1915, Mao Zedong wrote an inscription on the cover of “Ming Shameng Pian”: "On May 7,
