我们对24例受低剂量外照射的石油测井人员血清中的SOD-1进行检测,以期为对其进行放射卫生评价提供依据。 材料和方法 44例受低剂量外照射的人员,全部为男性。年龄18~33岁,平均26.5±4.5岁。接触射线的时间为3个月~11年,平均为3.77±3.65年。所接触的放射源主要是2~18Ci的钴-60γ源和200mCi的中子源。虽然每次操作源的时间不超过1min,但源是不加任何保护的裸源。而且每天操作次数较多。不过,该组人员的外照射剂量均未超过国家标准。对照组为从未接触射线的正常成人53例,年龄16~55岁,平均34.5±12.0岁。所有对象清晨空腹静脉采血3ml,分离血清后,去除溶血标本。采用上海放射免疫分析技术研究所提供的SOD-1 RIA kit检测血清SOD含量。结果全部为正态分布,且方差均齐,以(?)±S表示,用t检验处理。测量仪器为262厂生产的FJ-2008Pγ免疫计数器。
