根据国家标准总局和农业机械部八○年下达的任务,往复式内燃机铸造铝活塞金相检验国家标准修订工作会议于1981年12月27日至29日在上海召开。参加会议的有一机和农机系统的有关科研单位、主机厂、配件生产厂10个单位18名代表。会议首先听取了上海内燃机研究所对66年试行的活塞金相检验国家标准草案修订情况的汇报。与会代表一致认为与“内燃机铝活塞技术条件”国家标准(GB1184—74)相配套的“铸造铝活塞金相检验国家标准试行草案”,十几年来对我国中小功率内燃机铝活塞的生产和产品质量控制起到了一定的指导作用。同时,会议对原试行草案(第二次报批稿)的主要修订内容归纳如下: 1、对铸造共晶铝硅合金规定为“钠盐变质”。近几年来,我国部分活塞厂应用磷变质剂,其显微组织与应用钠盐变质剂所产生的显微组织完全不相同。故除了对原试行草
