对某超临界电站锅炉高温过热器爆管的失效机理进行分析,研究了某12x18H12T奥氏体不锈钢锅炉管的服役特性,探讨了此锅炉管爆管失效机理。结果表明,随服役时间的延长,该奥氏体不锈钢中σ相大量析出,析出相在晶界上呈连续链状分布,σ相硬而脆,弱化了晶界,进而造成微观损伤,最终导致爆管。
The failure mechanism of high temperature superheater tube explosion of a supercritical power station boiler is analyzed. The service characteristics of a 12x18H12T austenitic stainless steel boiler tube are studied. The failure mechanism of the boiler tube explosion tube is discussed. The results show that with the extension of service time, a large amount of σ phase precipitates in the austenitic stainless steel. The precipitates appear as a continuous chain in the grain boundary. The σ phase is hard and brittle, which weakens the grain boundaries and causes microscopic damage. Finally, Squibs.
