硫銨是油母頁岩干餾过程中的一项重要副产品。我厂生产的硫铵,对支援农业起了一定的作用。然而,目前我厂增产硫銨的潛力仍然很大,其中由主风带至发生炉內白白烧掉的氨,如果全部收回,每年即可增产硫銨一万余吨。相当于一个中型化肥厂的产量。因此,迅速改进流程,增产硫铵以支援农业的大跃进,是我們当前迫不及待的一項光榮任务。本文对頁岩干餾回收系統的流程提出了一个改进方案,采用此方案投資少,效果大,不但可以彻底解决主风氨損失問題,而且可以增产焦油。原有回收系統的流程如图1所示。改进后的流程如图2所示,改进重点及預期的效果如下。一、洗滌飽和塔倒置循环瓦斯通过飽和塔 (一) 原有的洗滌塔在飽和塔之上,进入飽和塔的洗滌水中带有不少焦油,被主风带出而造成損失。改进后,將飽和塔置于洗
Ammonium sulfate is an important by-product of the shale oil shale retorting process. The ammonium sulfate produced by our factory plays a certain role in supporting agriculture.
