阿弗它口炎目前尚无根本的治疗方法。千金藤素具有激活网状内皮系统,稳定细胞膜、增加抗体产生及调整免疫机能的作用。把千金藤素制成软膏对30名阿弗它口炎患者进行涂抹,其临床效果报告如下。对象:1987年5月～7月在独协医科大学口腔外科就诊的阿弗它口炎患者,男性12名,女性18名,计30名,年龄24～68岁,平均为52岁。口腔用软膏基质处方:白色凡士林30g,液体石蜡30ml,羧甲基纤维素钠30g,粘稠剂2g,混合。 2％千金藤素软膏处方:把从千金藤素细粒中提取出来的千金藤素和口腔用软膏基质49g,混合。将2％千金藤素软膏涂于患部,早晚各一次,禁与其它药物并用。
Aphthous stomatitis there is no fundamental treatment. Celanthin can activate the reticuloendothelial system, stabilize the cell membrane, increase antibody production and adjust the immune function. Thousands of cortisone made of ointment on 30 patients with aphthous stomatitis smear, the clinical results are reported as follows. PARTICIPANTS: Aphthous stomatitis patients (12 males and 18 females, 30) aged 24-68 years with an average of 52 years old were enrolled in the Department of Stomatology, the Chinese University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May to July 1987. Oral ointment base prescription: white petrolatum 30g, liquid paraffin 30ml, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 30g, viscous agent 2g, mixed. 2% cepharanthine ointment Prescription: extract cepharanthr from fine cephaladone and oral ointment matrix 49g, mixed. 2% cepharanthine ointment applied to the affected area, sooner or later, with other drugs and banned.
