浙江赞成宾馆有限公司改制资产转让项目 浙江赞成宾馆有限公司位于杭州市上城区梅花碑8号，所在区域周边交通路网发达，水、电、通讯等基础设施齐全，地上建筑面积22223．19平方米，占地面积4884平方米，拥有客房275间／套，餐位800个，大小会议室6个，为正式授牌三星级的多功能涉外宾馆。 拟转让改制资产具体为： 1、浙江赞成宾馆有限公司100％股权，其中浙江省轻纺集团公司持有90％，浙江轻纺经济协作公司持有10％。 2、浙江省轻纺集团公司对赞成宾馆75157277．05元人民币的债权。
