在水分胁迫及复水条件下,研究了干旱胁迫对3份新疆狗牙根品系叶片可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量的动态变化,并探讨了这些生理指标与其抗旱性的关系。结果表明,3份新疆狗牙根新品系叶片中的脯氨酸含量均成倍增长,可溶性糖含量呈现先增后减再增的趋势,可溶性蛋白含量先减后增,说明3份新疆狗牙根品系叶片中上述渗透调节物质代谢的水平和途径发生了一系列的适应性变化。
Under water stress and rewatering conditions, the dynamic changes of soluble sugar, soluble protein and proline content in leaves of three Bermudian Bermudagrass cultivars under drought stress were studied. The relationship between these physiological indices and drought resistance was also discussed. The results showed that the content of proline in three new bermudagrass new varieties doubled, the content of soluble sugar increased first and then decreased then increased, the content of soluble protein decreased first and then increased, indicating that three bermudagrass strains A series of adaptive changes have taken place in the levels and pathways of osmoregulatory material metabolism in leaves.
