1典型病例患者陈凤环,女34岁,病案号67127,河北省滦县张庄村农民。主诉:怀孕9个月,血压升高2个月于2009年11月27日入院。患者平素月经规律,停经后无明显早孕反应,孕早期无发热、腹痛及阴道出血,孕4个月余自觉胎动,孕7个月产前检查时测血压140/95mmHg,并出现双下肢水肿,休息后不能完全缓解,无头晕、眼花及抽搐,未予治疗。孕8个月时测血压150/100mmHg,双下肢水肿较前
