设备运行时,由于操作需要或其它一些偶然因素,载荷幅值常会发生变动,不同幅值的载荷先后加载会产生载荷历程效应,导致材料响应发生改变。通过316L不锈钢高温环境下单级、两级应力和温度载荷的疲劳蠕变试验,研究了载荷历程效应对316L不锈钢疲劳蠕变行为的影响。结果表明,在高低、低高两种两级加载模式的作用下,载荷历程效应使得材料疲劳蠕变行为在载荷转变时有明显的差异。不同幅值、不同寿命分数的第一级载荷作用将使材料发生不同程度的硬化或软化,进而影响后继第二级载荷作用下材料的循环行为。
Equipment operation, due to operational needs or other accidental factors, the load amplitude often changes, loads of different amplitude has a load history effect will occur, resulting in changes in the material response. The effects of load history on the fatigue creep behavior of 316L stainless steel were investigated by means of fatigue creep tests of single-stage and two-stage stress and temperature under 316L stainless steel. The results show that under the action of two-stage loading modes, the fatigue history and the fatigue life of the material under load are obviously different. The first stage load of different amplitude and different life span will make the material harden or soften to some extent, which will affect the material cycling behavior under the second load.
