By the Ministry of Metallurgical Safety and Environmental Protection Institute and Echeng Iron and Steel Plant shared “exhaust venting muffler research and application of” results on November 13, 1992 by the Hubei Provincial Metallurgical Industry Corporation presided over the technical appraisal. Attending the meeting came from institutions of higher learning, design, research institutes, provincial Metallurgical Environmental Monitoring Center Station and experts in the manufacture and use of manufacturers, representing nearly 40 people. At the meeting, experts and representatives listened attentively to the research and development report, reviewed the technical materials, and used the muffler
