合成了由正戊基、正己基、正辛基、异辛基及混合的正戊基—异丁基取代的二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼(MoDTP),并研究了其润滑性能。结果表明,MoDTP是一种兼具减摩、抗磨及抗极压于一身的节能效果优良的油溶性润滑油添加剂。经长期放置,其稳定性能较好,具有推广应用价值。
Synthesis of n-pentyl, n-hexyl, n-octyl, isooctyl and mixed n-pentyl-isobutyl substituted dialkyl dithiophosphate molybdenum (MoDTP), and studied its lubricating properties. The results show that, MoDTP is an anti-friction, anti-wear and anti-extreme pressure in one of the energy-saving effect of the oil-soluble lubricant additives. After long-term placement, its stability is better, with the promotion and application value.
