摘要目的评估鼠弹性蛋白酶诱导的腹主动脉瘤(AAA)模型的影像变化,着重分析腔内血栓(ILT)的作用。方法采用超声显示22只鼠AAA直径增长特点。术后2~8 d14次MRI检查显示13只鼠出现ILT,术后2~27 d 18-氟脱氧葡萄糖(18-FDG)PET/微型CT检查显示10只鼠出现ILT。
Abstract Objective To evaluate the imaging changes of mouse elastase-induced abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) model and focus on the analysis of intraluminal thrombus (ILT). Methods Ultrasonography was used to characterize the AAA diameter growth of 22 mice. Twenty-four MRI findings after operation revealed ILT in 13 of the rats, and 18-FDG PET / micro-CT examination at 2 to 27 days after operation showed ILT in 10 rats.
