1989年5月,平度市某饮料厂玻璃瓶装鲜葡萄汁饮料(汽水),发生了大量腐败变质。饮料呈现乳白色混浊,液体的色、香、味均发生改变,随着时间延长,有的饮料出现沉淀,因气压增大,使玻瓶破碎。我们随机采取变质饮料30份,经my~20琼脂营养基培养。结果,30份变质饮料在my~20琼脂培养基上均生长
May 1989, a drink factory in Pingdu glass bottles of fresh grape juice drinks (soft drinks), a large number of spoilage occurred. The drink appears opalescent and the color, fragrance and taste of the liquid all change. As time goes on, some drinks appear to precipitate, which causes the glass bottle to be broken due to the increase of the pressure. We randomly took 30 spoilage drinks and cultured them on my ~ 20 agar. As a result, 30 spoilage beverages grew on my ~ 20 agar medium
