目的分析人工流产后关爱(PAC)服务中使用屈螺酮炔雌醇的效果分析。方法选取我院人工流产妇女200例。其中接受PAC服务妇女100例为观察组,接受常规人工流产服务妇女100例为对照组。观察组流产后与对照组不同的是口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片。结果口服屈螺酮炔雌醇组的术后出血量,出血时间及月经来潮时间存在统计学差异。结论人工流产后女性术后口服屈螺酮炔雌醇能有效减少出血量,出血时间维持正常月经周期同时促进子宫内膜修复。
Objective To analyze the effect of drospiren ethinylestradiol in the service of artificial abortion after care (PAC). Methods Select 200 cases of induced abortion in our hospital. Among 100 women receiving PAC service as observation group and 100 women receiving routine artificial abortion service as control group, Observation group after abortion and control group is different oral drospirenone ethinyl estradiol tablets. Results Oral drospirenone ethinyl estradiol group postoperative bleeding, bleeding time and menstrual cramps there is a statistically significant difference. Conclusions Postoperative abortion female oral administration of drospirenone ethinyl estradiol can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding, bleeding time to maintain the normal menstrual cycle while promoting endometrial repair.
