雪莲黄酮总甙４０μｇ／ｋｇ或８０μｇ／ｋｇ可显著提高正常小鼠经ＰＨＡ刺激后的淋巴细胞转化率，提高血清抗绵羊红细胞抗体效价及溶血素的效价。对环磷酰胺造成的免疫抑制状态，雪莲黄酮总甙４０μｇ／ｋｇ或８０μｇ／ｋｇ可使淋巴细胞转化率、抗绵羊红细胞抗体和溶血素效价有所提高。实验结果表明：雪莲黄酮总甙对小鼠免疫功能有明显的促进作用。
Saussurea flavonoids total glycosides 40μg/kg or 80μg/kg can significantly increase lymphocyte transformation rate after PHA stimulation in normal mice, and increase serum anti-sheep erythrocyte antibody titer and hemolysin titer. For the immunosuppressive state caused by cyclophosphamide, total lymphocyte flavonoids (40 μg/kg or 80 μg/kg) could increase lymphocyte transformation rate, anti-sheep erythrocyte antibody and hemolysin titer. The experimental results show that the total flavonoids of Saussurea zingiberensis have obvious promoting effect on the immune function of mice.
