群众文化是文化的一个重要组成部分,是群众生活和管理中的一个重要组成形式,是我国文化中一种独具特性的新兴文化形态。在文化建设中具有沟通协调、整合资源、满足归属感等社会功能,对物质文明、精神文明和政治文明建设起着重要的作用,但是由于群众文化团队在自身建设下存在人员覆盖不广泛、内部管理水平低,参与度不高等问题,导致其发展处于停滞不前的阶段,不能充分发挥其社会功能。本文探究了我国群众文化团队建设存在的问题,并提出具体的解决对策。
Mass culture is an important part of culture, an important component of mass life and management, and a new and emerging cultural form unique to our culture. It plays an important role in material civilization, spiritual civilization and political civilization construction.
