优质麦是指营养品质和加工品质优良,具有专门用途的小麦,如面包小麦、饼干小麦。一般意义上讲主要偏重营养品质。优质麦要想优质高产应抓好以下环节: 控制施肥总量,施足基肥,重施拔节氮肥。 小麦籽粒产量和蛋白质含量在很大程度上取决于发育时期的供氮水平。在亩施16公斤纯氮的范围内,随氮量增加,籽粒蛋白质含量提高。基、追肥比例试验表明,高氮分期施肥对小麦产量及蛋白质含量均有正效应,追氮时期适当后延对提高小麦蛋白质含量及品质有重要作用。追肥比例应占总施氮量的30%~50%,追肥时期应在起身拔节期,根据当地情况可适当后延到孕穗前,不能提前早追、重追分蘖肥。
