目前我省平菇栽培有室内和室外两种方式。室外阳畦栽培设备简单,成本低廉,管理方便,但只能在春、秋两季进行。春季阳畦栽培,常因初期气温低,气候干燥和气温不稳定等影响,致使在第一、二茬菇后,有的甚至尚未出菇即进入初夏,气温升高,不利于子实体生长,严重影响产量。为此我们在易县阳谷庄进行了平菇阳畦栽培越夏试验,探索春季栽培越夏的方法,以利秋季继续出菇,既可以提高产量又可保证秋季提前供应市场,延长鲜菇供应期。

To this end, we conducted a pilot test of Pleurotus ostreatus growing in summer in Yigu County, Yixian County, and explored ways to cultivate more summer in spring so as to continue fruiting in autumn, which can not only increase yield but also ensure early supply of market in autumn and prolong supply of fresh mushrooms period.
