目的应用ROC曲线法对中孕期唐氏征筛查中的风险截断值进行探讨和评价。方法收集在本院产科门诊进行中孕期唐氏征筛查的孕妇资料,追踪随访所有受检的单胎妊娠孕妇的妊娠结局,绘制唐氏征筛查风险值评估的ROC曲线。结果 ROC曲线分析显示,在假阳性率<5%的情况下,选取1/265~1/275范围中的值作为风险截断值,唐氏征筛查的检出率可以达到77.8%。结论采用1/270作为本实验室中孕期唐氏征筛查的风险截断值,可达到有效筛查效率。
Objective To explore and evaluate the risk cut-off value of Down’s syndrome screening in the second trimester by ROC curve method. Methods The data of pregnant women who underwent Down’s syndrome screening in obstetrics and gynecology clinic in our hospital were collected. The pregnancy outcome of all pregnant women with single pregnancy was followed-up. The ROC curve of risk assessment of Down’s syndrome screening was drawn. Results ROC curve analysis showed that in the case of false positive rate <5%, the value of 1 / 265-1 / 275 was selected as the risk cutoff value, and the detection rate of Down’s sign could reach 77.8%. Conclusion 1/270 was used as the risk cut-off value for Down’s syndrome screening during pregnancy in our laboratory, which could achieve effective screening efficiency.
