以前瞻性设计对62例糖尿病患者,病程在3~12年,随机分为两组:对照组给予单纯的降糖及降压等治疗;治疗组在降压和降糖治疗基础上加用PK。治疗前后观察脑血管血流、血液粘稠度,甲襞微循环的变化。结果(1)PK能使脑血管中大脑前动脉(MCA)的高流速恢复正常;(2)低切变的全血粘度和血浆粘度明显下降;(3)甲襞微循环检测的权值下降,流速增快,红细胞聚集减轻。
The prospective design of 62 cases of diabetic patients, duration of 3 to 12 years, were randomly divided into two groups: the control group given simple hypoglycemic and antihypertensive treatment; treatment group in the antihypertensive and hypoglycemic treatment based on the use of PK . Changes of cerebrovascular blood flow, blood viscosity and formazan microcirculation were observed before and after treatment. Results (1) PK can make the high velocity of cerebral anterior cerebral artery (MCA) return to normal; (2) the viscosity of whole blood and plasma viscosity decreased significantly; (3) the weight of nailfold microcirculation test decreased , Faster flow rate, reduce red blood cell aggregation.
