五年一贯制高职新生管理已经成为了目前高职院校普遍的难点问题,存在着对管理制度的逆反心理;严重评价指标体系过于简单;发挥自主管理容易出现偏差等问题。根据五年一贯制学生的特点,五年一贯制高职生新生的管理应该切实贯彻素质教育方针,建立起科学的评价体系;坚持因材施教,立足个性化的教育理念;注重宽严相济,制度管理与自主管理相结合。
The management of freshmen in five-year-long-term vocational college has become a common difficult problem in vocational colleges at present, and there exists the rebelliousness to the management system. The serious evaluation index system is too simple and the problems of self-management such as deviation easily appear. According to the characteristics of five-year students, the management of freshmen of five-year vocational college should earnestly implement the principle of quality education and establish a scientific evaluation system; insist on teaching students according to their aptitude, based on individualized educational philosophy; pay attention to tempering justice with mercy, system management and Self-management combined.
