一、硬质合金硬质合金问世以来,发展非常迅速。国内外对其烧结理论、结构尺寸、断裂和磨损机理、粘结相性质及热处理、残余应力、制造工艺等一系列理论和工艺进行了大量的研制工作。并取得了一定的技术经济成果。在结构方面,正研究采用钴相不均、硬质相的成份不均、粒度不均等方法来提高硬质合金的使用寿命。在制造工艺方面,首先提高原料纯度,以制取较纯组分(Wc、Co),避免碳黑夹杂,
First, since the advent of carbide cemented carbide, the development is very rapid.
