IEC/TC45（国际电工委员会核仪器技术委员会）及SC45A、SC45B年会于1993年9月22日至10月1日在日本京都召开。出席会议的有中、加、法、英、美、芬兰、德、意、日、俄、瑞士、瑞典等12个P成员国的130余名专家和代表,EC中央办公室和ISO也派代表出席了会议。中国代表团由毛用泽、贺宣庆、牛祝年、楼宾乔等4人组成,毛用泽任团长。 会议期间,中国代表团应日本原子能研究院东海研究所高温工程部主任、SC45AWGA8主席Wakayama先生的邀请,参观访问了该所30MW高温气冷试验反应堆与控制室、环境安全研究部的环境应急剂量信息预测系统（SP-EEDI）、保健物理部的环境辐射监测中心和辐射监测仪器标准设施等。代表团还应邀参观了位于东海研究所附近的日立公司大瓮工厂。1 IEC/TG45、SC45A、SC45B概况 在本次年会期间,除TC45、SC45A和SC45B召开年会外,所属的18个工作组也召开了会议。会上讨论和审议了有关通用核仪器（包括辐射探测器）、核电站与反应堆仪表、辐射防护仪表方面的标准和技术文件共50余项。会上我国代表团对进行中的IEC标准草案提出了一些实质性的意见和建议,通过参加起草文件工作组的活动,与国外同行进行了较为深入的技术交流,了解到国际标准化工作总体发展的新的动向,收集到许多对我国制（修）订核
IEC / TC45 (International Electrotechnical Commission Nuclear Instrument Technical Committee) and SC45A, SC45B annual meeting in September 22, 1993 to October 1 held in Kyoto, Japan. More than 130 experts and representatives from 12 P member countries including China, Canada, France, Britain, the United States, Finland, Germany, Italy, Japan, Russia, Switzerland and Sweden attended the meeting and representatives from the EC Central Office and the ISO also attended the meeting The meeting. The Chinese delegation consists of four members: Mao Yusea, He Xuanqing, Niu Zhuian and Lou Binqiao. Mao Zedong is the head of the delegation. During the meeting, the Chinese delegation visited the 30MW high temperature air-cooled test reactor and control room, environmental safety research department of the emergency response dose information at the invitation of Wakaayama, Director of High Temperature Engineering Department of the East China Sea Institute, Japan Atomic Energy Research Institute and SC45AWGA8, Prediction System (SP-EEDI), Environmental Radiation Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Health Physics and standard facilities of radiation monitoring instruments. The delegation was also invited to visit the Hitachi Otsu Factory near the Tokai Research Institute. 1 IEC / TG45, SC45A, SC45B Overview During this annual meeting, in addition to TC45, SC45A and SC45B held annual meeting, the 18 working groups also held a meeting. At the meeting, more than 50 standard and technical documents on nuclear instrumentation (including radiation detectors), nuclear power plants and reactor meters, and radiation protection instrumentation were discussed and considered.
