用避暗法和水迷宫法研究了锗对错所致的小鼠学习记忆障碍的影响。ICR系小鼠隔日腹腔注射羧乙基锗倍半氧化物(Ge-132,25mg/kg)和/或醋酸铅(15mg/kg)28d。结果表明暴露于铅20d后小鼠学习记忆能力受障碍,同时给予De-132能明显拮抗铅的毒性作用。试验提示,Ce-132能拮抗铅所致的神经行为功能的破坏作用。
The effects of germanium on learning and memory impairments in mice induced by germanium were studied by dark-avoidance and water maze methods. ICR mice were intraperitoneally injected with carboxyethyl germanium sesquioxide (Ge-132, 25 mg / kg) and / or lead acetate (15 mg / kg) every other day for 28 days. The results showed that after 20 days of exposure to lead, learning and memory abilities of mice were impaired, and De-132 administration could obviously antagonize the toxicity of lead. Tests suggest that Ce-132 antagonizes the detrimental effects of lead-induced neurobehavioral function.
