学困生的转化工作是一项复杂的系统的工作。它不仅仅只是老师的责任,也需要学生本人的积极配合,以及学生家长的热情支持与鼓励。单方或缺其中的任何一方,都会对学困生的顺利和成功转化工作带来诸多的消极的影响。转化工作只有赢得家长的理解、支持与鼓舞和学生本人的全力配合,老师的劳动才是有意义的。在这方面,老师要起到黏合剂的作用,将学生和家长与自已连接在一起,形成同丹共济的心理链,这样就能够消除不必要的紧张,以没有压力的轻松的心态坦然面对问题,理性地进行转化,目标一是致,凝聚合力,最后一定能够实现彻底的转化。
