小学阶段是学生们良好行为习惯养成的好时期,同时又是最需要有人加以管理的时期,因为在这个阶段的孩子各方面的能力都比较欠缺,无法理性去看待事物,这时就需要小学班主任老师进行恰当的管理了,如果管理得当,就会有利于孩子身心的健康成长,如果盲目地进行管理不但会错误的引导学生还会让学生产生抗拒心理,进而对其成长造成不可想象的影响。本文从小学班主任老师的实践管理出发,侧重探讨怎样围绕学生进行以生为本的科学管理方法。
