从上期“北京市电子政务”的建设中,我们了解到电子政务系统不仅是政府内部办公自动化系统、管理信息系统与网络平台环境及工作流程的高度集成,也是与其他部门和社会、企业信息系统的无缝衔接和集成。因此,电子政务是企业信息化和社会生活全面电子化的基础和关键动力,正像专家们指出的,没有政府信息化,就没有全面的企业信息化,没有电子政务,就没有真正的电子商务。因为随着企业信息化进程的加速,政府在完成与企业相关的运作和服务方面,也必定要实现数据交换和服务模式的对接。
