眼压计和三面镜的使用越来越频繁,有必要对其感染和消毒进行研究。研究方法和结果:(1)眼压计:将Sophar浸泡在100 ml含0.005的洗必太(chlorhexidine)溶液中,然后用Sophar磨擦眼压计进行消毒。消毒前后将每个眼压计头在琼脂培养基表面上压六个印记。结果在眼压计的平板上仅发现相当低的细菌浓度,主要是白色葡萄球菌。多数情况下消毒后消失。(2)三面镜:先点一滴无菌水在镜的凹腔内,让水在腔内停留10秒钟,从中抽取10μl,将其接种在血液琼脂培养基上。经以上步
