傅立叶在《全世界和谐》一书中预言,不合理不公正的现存制度将被新的“和谐制度”所取替。构建社会主义和谐社会是大势所趋,然而,社会中还存在农民工这一弱势群体,他们的健康安全问题日益成为构建和谐社会中的不和谐因素。如何改善农民工的健康安全状况成为社会关注的焦点,中国就业促进会(以下简称“促进会”)便是关注农民工健康安全的一员。
In his book The Harmony of the World, Fourier predicts that the existing unjust and unfair system will be replaced by a new “system of harmony.” However, there is still a vulnerable group of migrant workers in society, and their health and safety issues are increasingly becoming the discordant factors in building a harmonious society. How to improve the health and safety status of migrant workers has become the focus of society. The China Employment Promotion Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Association”) is a member concerned with the health and safety of migrant workers.
