By the China Petrochemical Corporation commissioned by the Ministry of Production, petrochemical energy-saving technology monitoring center and energy-saving technology center jointly organized in July 1993, 20 to 21, Wuhan Petrochemical Plant third energy balance of the technical assessment of acceptance.
