2013年10月15日,安徽山鹰纸业股份有限公司发布公告称,山鹰纸业第五届董事会第十五次会议于2013年10月14日召开,会议审议通过《关于对吉安集团有限公司进行增资的议案》。山鹰纸业拟对吉安集团以现金方式进行增资,拟增资金额为10亿元,其中增加注册资本0.64亿元,计入资本公积9.36亿元。该项投资的资金来源为本公司重大资产重组的配套融资募集资金和自有资金。
