25.山道年[劇]SANTONINUM [别名]山道寧;除蛔蒿素;蛔蒿素。Santonin; Santonine; Santonina. [鑑別与說明] 1) 本品鑑别之(1):本品的醇溶液(1:50)遇石蕊試紙,顯中性反應。說明——本品在製造過程中,曾用鹽酸分解山道年鈣,放須檢查本品是否為中性。 2) 本品鑑别之(4):取本品約10mg,加酵製氫氧化鉀試液1ml後,加熱,即顯紫紅色。說明——本品加氫氧化鉀,生成山道年酸鉀鹽;熱之,現紫色反應。其反應式如下所示:
